Translate Video has provider-specific settings. The best choice depends on whether you need visual lip sync, lower cost, stronger voice cloning, or background audio cleanup.

Notes

HeyGen

The speaker is visible and lip sync quality matters.

Supports 200+ languages and full lip sync.

ElevenLabs

You want cheaper dubbing with good voice cloning.

Supports 32 languages. Lip sync is optional and adds cost.

HeyGen settings

Enhanced Cloning uses a higher-quality mode for a more natural cloned voice. It costs 10 tokens/sec instead of 5 tokens/sec.

ElevenLabs settings

  • Remove background audio: removes music and ambient sounds from the output.

  • Disable voice cloning: uses a generic voice instead of cloning the speaker.

  • Lip Sync: sends the dubbed audio through an additional lip sync model. If this step fails, VocaLingo keeps the dubbed result and charges only for dubbing.
